The Redesign Group is a global technology and cybersecurity solutions provider seeking a hands-on Controller to lead day-to-day accounting and tax operations across four entities in four countries.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will manage a team, own the close, consolidate reports, and drive process improvements leveraging AI to enhance workflows and internal controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including people management, with at least 2 years in a Controller or Assistant Controller capacity.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, particularly revenue recognition and COGS matching across multiple revenue streams.

Responsabilités

• Set the close standard and calendar, driving a close within 10 business days with insights for leadership.
• Own multi-entity reporting across US, UK, Canada, and France as a controlled group.
• Oversee accounting across revenue streams: product resale, software subscriptions, maintenance, cybersecurity, and services.
• Own tax function across federal, state, local, VAT, and Canadian indirect tax; manage registrations and nexus.
• Design and maintain internal controls; prepare for external audit; lead payroll and spend management.
