Intelex Technologies, ULC seeks a Corporate Controller to lead the company’s global accounting and financial reporting function. Reporting to the CFO, this role drives close processes and ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial information to support business objectives.

The position emphasizes technical accounting expertise, leadership, and business acumen, with responsibility for SOX controls where applicable across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance with leadership of multiple teams or functions.
• Experience in a complex multi-entity or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and audit processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead the global accounting function across multiple teams (AP/AR/GL/consolidations).
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation processes are accurate and on time.
• Oversee global accounting operations aligned with business needs and objectives.
• Own internal and external financial reporting in accordance with IFRS or US GAAP.
• Lead the external audit process and maintain strong relationships with auditors and advisors.
• Establish and maintain a robust internal control environment, including SOX where applicable.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Legal and business leaders to align reporting with operational activities.
