Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive accounting management experience.
• Big-Four experience is a plus.
• Experience with consolidations and multi-currency accounting.
• Strong SOX compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting operations and GAAP reporting.
• Oversee audits, regulatory compliance, and tax function.
• Maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
• Support acquisitions and due diligence.
• Drive a disciplined close process and zero-day close initiatives.
