Job summary

Integra Business Center Inc. is seeking a Controller to lead all accounting operations, ensuring GAAP compliance and robust internal controls in a growing technology solutions organization. This hybrid role partners with leadership to optimize profitability and cash flow, while hands‑on accounting leadership remains essential.

You will manage monthly closings, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting, with oversight of audits and compliance across finance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• Seven to ten years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• At least three years in a Controller or comparable leadership role.
• Experience in managed services or technology/professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads all accounting operations including General Ledger, AP, AR, payroll support, fixed assets, and cash management.
• Prepares monthly financial statements, P&L, and executive reporting packages.
• Delivers month-end and year-end closes within deadlines.
• Develops budgets, forecasts, cash flows, and financial models.
• Represents financial results to executive leadership and supports strategic decisions.
• Oversees audits, regulatory reporting, and tax/compliance activities.
• Manages registrations, licensing, and treasury activities.
