Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Controller of Accounting and Reporting in the United States to oversee global accounting and reporting, including SEC filings.

Lead the Corporate Accounting & Reporting team and partner across CFO, Tax, Treasury, Legal, FP&A, and Supply Chain on complex transactions and transformation initiatives. The role emphasizes leadership, policy governance, and external audit coordination, with a focus on managing global accounting operations and sustainability

Qualifications

• 15+ years in accounting/financial reporting at Big4 or US public company.
• Experience with US GAAP, SEC and SOX reporting requirements.
• Leadership in accounting with exposure to consumer goods / apparel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close, consolidation, and internal reporting.
• Lead SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and disclosures; ensure SOX controls.
• Coordinate external audits and collaborate with CFO, Tax, Treasury, Legal, FP&A, Supply Chain.
• Drive system upgrades, ERP implementations, and process improvements.
• Support sustainability and US benefit plan reporting.
