Job summary

Ensono seeks a seasoned Corporate Controller to lead the global accounting function, overseeing close processes, consolidation, revenue accounting, and statutory reporting across entities. You will shape accounting standards, partner with Legal and Compliance, and drive governance in a PE-backed, high-growth setting.

You will champion automation and ERP modernization, manage M&A integration, and mentor a global team while ensuring timely, accurate financials and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience.
• Experience as Corporate Controller or equivalent senior accounting leader.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and technical accounting.
• Experience leading global, multi-entity accounting operations.
• Proven ability to operate in private-equity-backed or high-growth environments.
• Track record leveraging technology and automation to improve operations.
• Strong internal control framework design and operation.
• Collaboration with Legal/Compliance on governance and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ensono's global accounting organization: record-to-report, consolidation, intercompany, revenue, payroll, and statutory reporting.
• Own month-, quarter-, and year-end close; ensure timeliness and accuracy across entities.
• Design and enforce global accounting standards and close disciplines.
• Navigate complex revenue arrangements for Fortune 1000 clients; manage multi-element contracts.
• Leverage AI and emerging tech to accelerate research while maintaining judgment and integrity.
