Job summary

TCWGlobal seeks an experienced professional in international employment law to guide a global contingent workforce program. You will assess country requirements, advise on engagement models, and coordinate with Legal, HR, Procurement, and EOR partners to ensure compliant worker engagements.

On-site at client locations in the San Jose area, you will support onboarding, worker lifecycle management, and policy development while reducing compliance risk across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience focused on international employment law and global workforce compliance.
• Experience supporting contingent workforces and working with EOR providers.
• Knowledge of country-specific employment requirements and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program resource for international employment law and global workforce compliance.
• Assess engagements against country-specific requirements and advise on engagement models.
• Monitor changes in laws and develop guidance and documentation for compliant engagements.
• Coordinate with Legal, HR, Procurement and external partners to resolve escalations.
• On-site contact for hiring managers, workers, and suppliers at San Jose locations.
