You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from intake and sourcing to onboarding, extensions and offboarding, while ensuring governance, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, workforce management, or operations.
• Experience managing contingent workforce programs in a global organization.
• Proven ability to develop scalable governance frameworks and contract standards.
• Strong collaboration with Legal, Finance, Technology, HR and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own global contingent workforce program governance and lifecycle.
• Negotiate and administer global contingent workforce contracts.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and cost optimization.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance on policy development and risk controls.
• Oversee technology platforms (Beeline, Workday, ServiceNow) and reporting.
