PrideGlobal is hiring an Operations Program Manager for Content Onboarding Operations in Seattle, WA. You will lead end-to-end partner onboarding projects and coordinate across BD, Product, and Engineering to ensure scalable content pipelines.

In this contract role, you will drive improvements, manage issues, and report progress to leadership while supporting international expansion and metadata localization efforts.

Qualificações

• Experience with content delivery pipelines, feed management, or streaming media operations.
• Experience working with international partners across multiple time zones and locales.
• Familiarity with self-service tooling platforms and product feedback loops.
• Comfort operating across BD, Product, and Engineering in a fast-moving environment.
• Track record of building operational mechanisms from scratch.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with content operations, partner onboarding, or platform enablement at scale.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end partner onboarding projects and escalate as needed.
• Provide first-line operational support for content pipeline, metadata, feed, or payment issues.
• Join external partner calls to discuss integration requirements (MRSS/JSON feeds, metadata schemas).
• Interface with BD and partners across international marketplaces to scale onboarding across locales.
• Define and propose tooling feature requirements based on partner feedback.
• Track engineering tickets and provide context to dev teams; drive resolutions.
• Build mechanisms to report onboarding progress, partner health, and issue trends to leadership.
• Support international expansion readiness including per-region payment setup and metadata localization.
• Oversee rights verification and QA processes within onboarding.
• Identify process improvements to reduce onboarding time and repeat issues.
• Manage recurring partner syncs and coordinate resolution; report status to Directors/VPs.
