You will serve as the bridge between partners, Business Development, Product, and Engineering to ensure onboarding, issue resolution, and scalable programs across international marketplaces.

About the Role:

We are seeking an Operations Program Manager to own partner onboarding and operational excellence for a rapidly growing global content platform. This role will serve as the bridge between partners, Business Development, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful onboarding, issue resolution, and program scalability across international marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end partner onboarding projects and operational workflows.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner escalations related to content, metadata, feeds, and payments.
• Support technical integrations and onboarding discussions with external partners.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to resolve issues and drive onboarding success.

• Build reporting mechanisms for onboarding progress, partner health, and operational metrics.
• Support international expansion efforts, including localization, payments, and operational readiness.
• Drive process improvements that reduce onboarding timelines and improve partner experience.
• Communicate program updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership.

Top 3 Must-Have Skills:

• Program Management – 5+ years managing cross-functional projects or operational programs.
• Partner Operations & Stakeholder Management – Experience working with external partners and internal teams to drive execution.
• Technical & Process Improvement Skills – Ability to support technical integrations, manage escalations, and improve operational workflows.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Top Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate has experience in partner onboarding, content operations, platform enablement, or similar operational programs. They are highly organized, technically capable, and comfortable working across Product, Engineering, and Business teams while driving process improvements and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $85/hr - $90/hr on W2.
