Job summary

Pigment, the AI-powered platform for business planning, is seeking a Global Employee Onboarding, Program Manager to lead scalable onboarding experiences. You’ll own the run of show for POP cohorts and partner with People, GTM leadership, and cross-functional teams to keep content current and engaging.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in Enablement, People/L&D, program management, or an adjacent operational role.
• Strong program operator with attention to scheduling dependencies and time-zone constraints.
• Data-informed mindset with ability to translate feedback into program improvements.
• Experience with tools such as Google Docs/Drive, Excel, LMSs, HRIS (HiBob) and feedback platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of POP for every cohort: scheduling, facilitator coordination, run-of-show management, logistics, and post-session measurement
• Keep EMEA and NAMER cohorts running in parallel, managing shared sessions and regional constraints
• Coordinate in-person exceptions and align with R&D leadership for Paris-local hires
• Manage the facilitator roster and vendor relationships and resolve content items with owners
• Maintain and evolve the multi-day curriculum across in-person, hybrid, virtual, and asynchronous formats
• Own measurement: satisfaction and engagement tracking, social media post growth, and AI competency assessment
• Orchestrate monthly local hub socials (Austin, NYC, Toronto, San Francisco, London)
• Build operating documentation to ensure POP can run consistently without key individuals
• Partner with People, GTM leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep content current and aligned to business priorities
