Job summary

Pigment is seeking a Global Employee Onboarding, Program Manager to lead the onboarding program (POP) end-to-end across international cohorts. You’ll partner with People and cross-functional teams to run sessions, align regional benefits tracks, and continuously improve the participant experience.

You will manage facilitators, vendors, and content pillars while ensuring the program scales across in-person, hybrid, virtual, and asynchronous formats.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in Enablement, People/L&D, program management, or related ops roles.
• Own end-to-end delivery of onboarding programs and measure outcomes.
• Comfortable running two parallel workstreams (EMEA/NAMER) with regional nuance.
• Data-informed: turn feedback into concrete program changes.
• Proven ability to work with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of POP for every cohort: scheduling, facilitator coordination, run-of-show management, logistics, and post-session measurement
• Keep EMEA and NAMER cohorts running in parallel, manage shared sessions and regional constraints
• Coordinate in-person exceptions and stakeholder alignment with leadership
• Manage facilitator roster and vendor relationships and resolve content items
• Maintain and evolve multi-day curriculum across formats
• Own measurement: satisfaction, engagement, and AI competency assessment results
• Orchestrate monthly local hub socials to extend onboarding
• Build durable operating documentation to run POP consistently
• Partner with People, GTM leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep content current
