Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago seeks an Accounting Manager, Global Consolidations to lead the monthly close of global financials, oversee intercompany review, and prepare SEC disclosures with senior management.

In a high-visibility role, you will coordinate with worldwide business units, drive system improvements in Hyperion Financial Management, support acquisitions/divestitures, and work with external auditors to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience, managerial experience preferred.
• Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience required.
• Considerable public accounting experience, with an emphasis in SEC engagements.
• Strong work-ethic and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented and organized with interpersonal and conflict management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the consolidation team processes through monthly close of global financials.
• Intercompany transaction review and resolution, detailed review of consolidated financials.
• Cash flow reporting, and presentation of results to upper management.
• Preparation and review SEC filings, including 10-Ks and 10-Qs.
• Collaborating across our global organization to develop financial information and analysis.
• Review and apply technical accounting issues; lead implementation of new rules.
• Work with external auditors and manage special projects related to reporting.
