Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance/accounting, with preference for logistics or operations manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lease accounting is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Capable of meeting strict deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, and analytics tools.
• Desire to use AI (CoPilot/Claude) to improve month-end reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a two-person NA logistics accounting team with dotted-line India-based report.
• Ensure NA logistics expense accuracy (~$1.5B annual spend).
• Partner with IT Support, Logistics Finance and others to resolve issues.
• Identify and address accounting gaps from systems issues (OTM, SAP, Hyperion).
• Develop subject matter expertise for audit initiatives and divestitures.
• Drive controls over warehouse management, PO maintenance, leases, SAP updates.
• Manage monthly logistics accounting close and accruals for accuracy.
• Pursue process improvements to maximize month-end efficiency.
