Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Senior Analyst, Integration & Separation Accounting to lead the M&O accounting for divestitures, acquisitions, or other strategic transactions. You will partner across functions to map the chart of accounts, design intercompany structures, and ensure GAAP-compliant reporting.

The role requires a strong grasp of P&L and balance sheet dynamics, with experience in month-end closes, journal entries, and consolidation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required, CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of public accounting experience or transaction advisory experience.
• Knowledge of cost accounting methods under US GAAP.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration & separation lifecycle coverage (diligence support, planning, TSA design, and stabilization).
• Prepare diligence requests for potential M&A transactions.
• Design processes for divestitures/acquisitions and communicate with finance and accounting teams.
• Construct, deliver, and present buyer-facing reporting packages for carved statements.
