Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking a Finance Lead for Global FP&A in Chicago. You will own the total-company P&L narrative, consolidate regional forecasts, and prepare board-ready materials for senior leadership.

The role combines accounting rigor with strategic business insight and requires strong stakeholder influence across regions. The position reports to Global FP&A leadership and offers a hybrid work model with three onsite days per week at the Chicago office, along with a comprehensive rewards

Qualifications

7+ years in finance with proven team leadership experience.
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
Hands-on experience with SAP/HFM, Power BI, and AI analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Own total-company performance reporting; consolidate region actuals and forecasts.
Lead performance measurement against AOP, guidance, and commitments; validate accruals.
Create board- and earnings-grade materials; design leadership reports and narratives.
Manage forecasting rhythm; build scenarios and rolling forecasts for global view.
Partner with Investor Relations and External Reporting during quarterly close.
Lead and develop the FP&A team; drive continuous improvement and automation.
Oversee global P&L scope (~$25B NSV / ~$5B OI / ~$3B Net Income).
