Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking a Finance Lead for Global FP&A with oversight of the total-company P&L. You will consolidate regional results, test drivers, and translate complex data into a concise narrative for senior leadership.

The role offers exposure to CFO-level leadership and visibility across the company. The position is hybrid with three days onsite weekly in Chicago, reporting into Global FP&A leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance, including team leadership.
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own total-company performance reporting; consolidate region-level actuals into a global P&L view with risks and opportunities.
• Lead performance measurement against AOP, guidance, and commitments; validate key accruals and balances.
• Create board- and earnings-grade materials; design leadership reports and narratives for quarterly earnings content.
