Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Finance Lead for Global FP&A to own the total-company P&L, consolidate regional data, and craft a clear narrative for senior leadership. You will lead a small team, partner with Investor Relations and Controllership, and drive forecasting, reporting, and improvements across regions.

HYBRID role with 3 onsite days weekly in Chicago. Requires 7+ years in finance, a strong background in consolidation tooling (SAP/HFM), and experience delivering board-ready

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance, including team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.

Responsibilities

• Own total-company performance reporting from regional actuals to a global view.
• Lead forecasting routines and scenario planning to support strategic decisions.
• Create board- and earnings-grade materials for leadership and the Board.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations and Controllership on close processes.
