Kraft Heinz is hiring a Finance Manager for Management Reporting & Data Foundation – Americas, Supply Chain, in Chicago. The role focuses on COGS P&L metrics, data governance, and standardized reporting across the Americas.

You will build dashboards, ensure data quality, and collaborate with FP&A, manufacturing, and IT Finance to enable actionable insights for leadership, with a focus on automation and analytics in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A or supply chain finance experience.
• Experience with COGS P&L, KPI frameworks, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Support the supply chain management reporting framework and standards.
• Maintain standardized supply chain KPIs across the Americas.
• Develop dashboards and financial insights for leadership teams.
• Collaborate with FP&A, procurement, manufacturing and IT Finance teams.
