Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago seeks a Finance Lead for Global FP&A to own the total-company P&L story and consolidate the global view across regions. You will report to Global FP&A leadership, with exposure to CFO and Finance Leadership, guiding performance through clear narratives.

You will lead a team of finance professionals, manage forecasting rhythms, and deliver decision-ready earnings materials while partnering with Investor Relations and Controllership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance, including team leadership.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/HFM for consolidation, Power BI for visibility, and AI analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own total-global P&L reporting and consolidate region-level actuals/forecast into a global view.
• Track results against AOP, guidance and commitments; validate accruals and balances.
• Create leadership/board materials; design dashboards and narratives for earnings materials.
• Manage regional forecasting routines; build scenarios and sensitivity analyses.
• Partner on earnings and investor relations through quarterly close; provide reconciliations.
• Drive continuous improvement with system enhancements and durable FP&A models.
• Lead and grow a finance team, focusing on capability-building and retention.
• Oversee global P&L of ~$25B NSV / ~$5B OI / ~$3B Net Income; coordinate company forecast consolidation.
