eBay is seeking a results-driven professional to join the Ethics & Compliance team in Austin, TX. The role manages enterprise-wide training programs, partnering with external providers and internal SMEs to deliver multilingual, geo-specific content and robust analytics.

Eligibility for a hybrid work model (3+ days in Austin or Salt Lake City) and a strong background in LMS, training operations, and ethics/compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years experience with LMS platforms and analytics tools.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative, consultative approach with a passion for promoting a culture of ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations with external learning content providers.
• Implement workflows for SMEs to tailor training content.
• Deploy annual compliance and onboarding modules by geography.
• Establish reporting to track training metrics.
• Coordinate escalation communications for overdue training.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve program effectiveness.
