Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Senior Manager to lead ethics and compliance training, communications, and policies on a remote basis in the USA. You’ll manage day-to-day compliance training operations, develop and deliver training content, and coordinate translations for global programs.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in compliance/training, strong project management, and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, training, or policy management.
• Experience managing compliance training programs, e-learning content, and communications.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Analytical skills for measuring training impact, tracking completion, and monitoring compliance adherence.

Responsibilities

• Support management of day-to-day compliance training operations.
• Develop and deliver compliance communications and policies.
• Create e-learning modules and coordinate translations.
• Track training completion data and generate reports.
• Administer and improve LMS and training platforms.
• Collaborate with policy owners and regional teams.
• Maintain policy documentation and training calendars.
• Support regulatory reporting and audits related to training.
