You will collaborate with policy owners and regional teams to design, translate, and deliver engaging training, while maintaining robust policy documentation and governance. The role emphasizes global consistency, data-driven measurement of training impact, and ongoing LMS improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, training, or policy management.
• Experience managing compliance training programs, e-learning content, and communications.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Analytical skills for measuring training impact, tracking completion, and monitoring compliance adherence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of compliance training programs.
• Support development and delivery of compliance communications.
• Maintain policy documentation and library with version control.
• Coordinate translation of training materials for global/regional needs.
• Track training completion data and monitor participation for compliance reporting.
• Support LMS administration and learning platforms improvements.
• Collaborate with SMEs and policy owners to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Monitor changes in laws and policies affecting training content.
