Job summary

Dover Precision Components is seeking an experienced ethics and compliance leader to implement and sustain global programs reporting to the Senior Director of Compliance. You will drive training, risk assessments, investigations, and policy development across the organization.

Qualified candidates bring 12+ years in compliance, US jurisdiction expertise, and authorization to access sensitive information. This role offers a discretionary bonus and a strong total rewards package.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in ethics and/or compliance or related field.
• Significant experience with US Jurisdiction & Classification processes.
• Authorization to access Unclassified Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (U-NNPI).

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and continually improve DPC’s ethics & compliance program.
• Lead US export compliance, classification analyses, and licensing requirements.
• Create training materials and support risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Oversee investigations, self-assessments, and KPI tracking.
• Assist with integrations for acquired companies and other program elements.
