Job summary

Cisco is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Compliance Learning & Communications to design, execute, and scale Cisco's enterprise-wide compliance curriculum and culture initiatives. You will lead mandatory global training programs (COBC, Public Sector COBC, Sales Compliance) while leveraging AI and interactive platforms to modernize learning.

You will partner with Legal and cross-functional teams to ensure training addresses regulatory risks, enable actionable metrics, and drive completion

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
8–12+ years creating and deploying corporate compliance learning in a global enterprise program.
Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication; ability to distill complex legal concepts into engaging guidance.
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder programs with deadlines and localization requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development, rollout, and lifecycle management of Cisco's global compliance learning portfolio (COBC, Partner/Supplier Codes, Public Sector Ethics, and Anti-Corruption/Sales Compliance).
Deploy AI-enabled learning tools, simulation workflows, and micro-learnings to drive engagement and retention.
Develop targeted compliance toolkits and global campaigns to reinforce trust and accountability culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address emerging regulatory risks and enable metrics and post-training efficacy measurements.
