Job summary

Cboe Global Markets, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Compliance Training to lead the enterprise-wide Compliance Training program.

You will design, develop, and deliver training that translates policies into practical guidance, fostering a culture of ethics and strong compliance across the organization. The role includes managing the LMS, collaborating with Legal, HR, Risk, and Policy Governance, and measuring program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement—based in Chicago at our HQ

Qualifications

5+ years of Compliance content development or learning & development in a financial services, exchange, or regulated environment.
Experience designing and delivering compliance training content.
Proficiency with LMS platforms and content authoring tools such as Articulate and Learn365.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the Compliance Training calendar with deployment schedules and milestones.
Create and deliver engaging training content across formats (e-learning, microlearning, job aids, assessments).
Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear learning experiences for employees.
Lead authoring and editing of training materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with policies.
Maintain centralized training library and version-control to stay audit-ready.
Partner with Compliance, Policy Governance, Risk, Legal, HR to review and refine content.
Track training completion, assessment scores, and program effectiveness; build dashboards.
