Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience in Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, or a related function requiring quantitative analysis, business judgment, and executive-level communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to create polished, executive-ready materials and communicate the story behind the data.
• Strong interpersonal, consulting, and partnership skills, with the ability to build credibility across HR, Compensation, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
• Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, business acumen, and the ability to challenge the status quo while balancing practical execution, creativity, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Manage firmwide compensation planning deliverables, including incentive compensation forecasting, year-end planning, financial outlook inputs, and ad hoc executive requests
• Develop executive-ready analysis and communications that clearly explain compensation trends, drivers, risks, recommendations, and alignment to the firm's compensation philosophy
• Influence and partner across HR, Compensation, Finance, and other key stakeholders to understand business needs, align priorities, and deliver consistent, scalable solutions
• Analyze compensation, headcount, financial, performance, market, and workforce data to support and advise on strategic compensation decisions, differentiation, and competitive pay practices
• Maintain strong project management discipline by managing multiple deliverables and timelines while coordinating across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to risk, control, regulatory, and policy requirements when working with sensitive workforce and compensation data
