Job summary

WP Engine seeks a visionary Principal Global Compensation Manager to lead the design and execution of global compensation programs. You will drive pay philosophies, equity modeling, and transparency, partnering with executives and EE Business partners to scale compensation for a distributed global workforce.

You will leverage Workday Advanced Compensation, contribute to M&A integrations, and build scalable job architectures in a virtual-first model. Remote work is supported for this senior role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of compensation experience in high-tech/SaaS
• Hands-on configuration in Workday Advanced Compensation
• Global compensation knowledge and regulatory experience
• Bachelor's degree as stated in requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop global cash, bonus, and equity strategies aligned with business objectives
• Ensure pay transparency readiness and regulatory compliance
• Oversee annual global merit, promotion, and equity cycles in Workday
• Support executive compensation design and equity modeling
• Lead design and evolution of global job architecture and geographic salary structures
• Advise senior leaders on compensation decisions and organizational design
• Drive compensation due diligence and post-merger integration strategies
