Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a Principal Global Compensation Manager to design and evolve our global compensation programs for a distributed workforce. You will translate business goals into competitive pay structures, partnering with EE Business partners and executives to shape strategy and governance across geographies.

You will lead global cycles, advise on executive mix, and drive job architecture, leveling, and transparency initiatives leveraging Workday Advanced Compensation and AI-enabled

Qualifications

10+ years of compensation experience in high-tech/SaaS.
3+ years in a lead advisory capacity.
Workday Advanced Compensation hands-on configuration.
Global compensation knowledge and regulatory awareness.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead global cash, bonus, and equity compensation strategies aligned with business goals.
Champion global pay transparency and ensure compliance with laws.
Oversee annual merit, promotion, and equity cycles using Workday Advanced Compensation.
Support executive compensation design and equity modeling with senior leaders.
Design global job architecture, leveling, and geographic salary structures.
Advise EE Business Partners on compensation decisions and talent strategy.
Drive due diligence and post-merger compensation integration.
