WP Engine is seeking a Principal Global Compensation Manager to design, execute, and evolve global compensation programs for a distributed, high-tech workforce. You will lead money frameworks for cash, bonus, and equity while driving pay transparency and regulatory compliance.

You will translate business goals into competitive structures, model scenarios, and collaborate with executives and partners across HR and Finance using Workday Advanced Compensation.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive compensation experience in high-tech/SaaS environments, including at least 3 years in a lead advisory capacity.
Hands-on configuration experience with Workday Advanced Compensation.

Responsibilities

Develop, evolve, and lead global cash, bonus, and equity compensation strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
Champion global pay transparency readiness, including EU directives and US state laws, ensuring compliant, sustainable structures.
Oversee annual global merit, promotion, and equity refresh cycles and align with finance budgets in Workday.
