Job summary

WP Engine seeks a visionary Principal Global Compensation Manager to design, execute, and elevate our global compensation programs. Lead pay strategies, drive transparency, and scale frameworks for a distributed workforce using Workday and AI-enabled tools.

You will partner with executives and HR partners on job architecture, equity modeling, and M&A integration. A data-driven, collaborative approach is essential for this senior role.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive compensation experience, high-tech/SaaS preferred.
Hands-on configuration experience in Workday Advanced Compensation.
Deep knowledge of global compensation structures and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

Develop, evolve, and lead global cash, bonus, and equity compensation strategies aligned with business objectives.
Champion global pay transparency readiness including EU and US laws.
Oversee annual global merit, promotion, and equity refresh cycles in Workday.
