Job summary

Brink's, Incorporated is seeking a Manager, Global Compensation Consulting to act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on compensation matters. You will design and implement compensation programs, perform market pricing, and evaluate jobs within the global architecture.

You will support offer development, internal mobility decisions, and ensure alignment with our governance standards and compensation philosophy across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years compensation experience.
• Strong market pricing and job evaluation expertise.
• Experience supporting global organizations preferred.
• CCP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders and HR partners on compensation decisions.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses.
• Evaluate jobs within the global job architecture.
• Support offer development and internal movement decisions.
• Analyze pay positioning and internal equity.
• Support salary structure development and annual compensation reviews and governance compliance.
