This role analyzes pay positioning, supports offers and internal mobility decisions, and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the compensation philosophy.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years compensation experience.
• Strong market pricing and job evaluation expertise.
• Experience supporting global organizations preferred.
• CCP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders and HR partners on compensation decisions.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses.
• Evaluate jobs within the global job architecture.
• Support offer development and internal movement decisions.
• Analyze pay positioning and internal equity.
• Support salary structure development and maintenance.
• Assist with annual compensation review activities.
• Provide compensation expertise for organizational changes and acquisitions.
• Support pay transparency and regulatory compliance initiatives.
