Job summary

Premier Global Links LLC seeks a Principal Compensation Consultant to lead complex compensation engagements and guide senior HR and business leaders on workforce and compensation strategies.

With 8+ years of experience, you will drive strategy, client relationships, and thought leadership while coaching teams and expanding business opportunities. This role requires in-office presence at least 3 days a week in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in compensation consulting or related HR advisory roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in compensation strategy and consulting.
• Experience leading multiple large-scale projects and complex client engagements.
• Strong knowledge of compensation strategy and pay structures, benchmarking, job architecture, incentive design, and compliance.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives, HR leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale compensation consulting projects from strategy through implementation.
• Structure, direct, review, and interpret analyses completed by project teams.
• Develop compensation strategies, philosophies, and programs aligned with client business and talent objectives.
• Advise senior management and HR leaders on pay strategy, market competitiveness, job architecture, and program design.
• Support incentive compensation and total rewards program design and analysis.
• Evaluate market data, survey information, and workforce analytics to develop actionable recommendations.
• Apply compensation technology, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve solutions and outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Present findings, recommendations, and strategies to executive-level audiences.
• Coach and develop junior consultants and review project deliverables for quality and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop new business.
• Support proposals, presentations, thought leadership, and other business development activities.
• Stay current on compensation trends, regulatory developments, technology, and emerging workforce practices.
