Job summary

Acushnet Company seeks a Lead Compensation Partner to shape global compensation strategy and guide leaders in making informed, equitable pay decisions. You will collaborate with international HRBPs, manage benchmarking and market analyses, and contribute to year-end merit/incentive planning.

The role requires 8+ years of global compensation experience, proficiency with benchmarking, job evaluation, salary design, surveys, and pay equity knowledge. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) and GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) certifications preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience administering and managing global compensation programs.
• Experience with benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structure design/maintenance, and survey management.
• Knowledge of global pay equity and pay transparency laws.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of compensation laws and best practices.
• Workday experience highly preferred.
• Experience with PayFactors/PayScale or similar compensation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global compensation strategy and guide leaders in making informed, equitable pay decisions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to address compensation challenges and drive initiatives.
• Lead small to medium-scale projects in benchmarking, market analysis, and incentive plan design.
• Provide expert oversight of global compensation programs and partner with international HR Business Partners on surveys and market reviews.
• Serve as lead contributor to year-end planning for merit and incentive cycles.
• Conduct in-depth analyses on internal equity, salary compression, and external competitiveness.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices and manage additional compensation projects.
