ServiceTitan seeks a senior compensation leader to shape global bonus and equity programs, align pay with business value, and partner across Finance, Legal, and HR. You will design incentives, build architectures, and enable teams with clear compensation rhythms.

You will stay ahead of market trends, model dilution, and communicate complex concepts to executives and boards, ensuring competitive offers and retention.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing and building global compensation structures across markets.
• Experience designing and managing equity programs with alignment to business goals.
• Ability to analyze data and model impacts on compensation programs.
• Excellent communication with leadership and board-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of bonus and long-term incentive programs, linking performance to outcomes.
• Own equity design as a strategic asset, including dilution modeling and board approvals.
• Own tools and access for talent acquisition, BP teams, and leaders to understand compensation rhythms and budgets.
• Own the architecture enabling the compensation team to move quickly and support offers and internal moves.
• Partner with talent management on pay-for-performance alignment across the organization.
• Stay ahead of market trends, AI, pay transparency legislation, and workforce shifts affecting offers.
