Job summary

ElevenLabs, a fast-growing AI company, is seeking a Head of Compensation & Total Rewards to own and evolve our global compensation and equity programs. You will build scalable systems that work across 46+ countries, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Operations to align pay with performance and growth.

You will design equity strategies, governance, and benefits structures to attract and retain top talent in frontier AI markets, while maintaining internal equity and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Compensation or Total Rewards.
• Ownership of equity programs.
• Strong track record of building scalable compensation systems.
• Experience designing and evolving job architectures and leveling.
• Experience operating in fast-scaling, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine ElevenLabs’ global compensation philosophy.
• Ensure pay, equity, and incentives reinforce attraction, retention, and performance.
• Balance market competitiveness with internal equity and financial discipline.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on complex, high-impact compensation decisions.
• Design systems for rigorous yet scalable job architecture and leveling.
• Drive clarity and consistency in global compensation bands.
• Design and refresh equity grant strategies and programs.
• Support end-to-end annual compensation cycles and governance.
• Balance standardization with regional relevance in benefits and total rewards.
