Qualifications

• 10+ years of compensation experience in startup or high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in pre-IPO equity and stock-based compensation.
• Experience designing compensation structures for a large hourly workforce.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including benchmarking and forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with compensation systems and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation strategy across the company, with equity program evolution.
• Partner with executive leadership to attract, reward, and retain employees as the company scales.
• Own end-to-end compensation design for a large hourly manufacturing workforce.
• Advise executives on compensation strategies and board discussions as needed.
• Manage compensation cycles, promotions, equity grants, and offer reviews with People Partners.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgets, forecasts, and governance.
• Develop clear compensation and equity education to help leaders communicate plans.
