Qualifications

• 8+ years in compensation or total rewards across Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
• Experience designing sales compensation and short- and long-term incentive plans.
• Hands-on job architecture experience with a light, scalable structure.
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to present to senior leaders.
• Working knowledge of Workday Compensation or Advanced Compensation.
• Fluency with people analytics and AI tools for real-time insights.

Responsibilities

• Own TrendAI’s global compensation strategy, policies and programs.
• Advise senior leaders, HR business partners and recruiters on offers, promotions.
• Partner with PE&A on compensation data, analytics and Workday configuration.
• Prepare compensation proposals and reporting for the CHRO and executives.
• Train HR teams and managers on pay programs.
• Grow a small compensation team as the function matures.
