Job summary

Outreach, a leading agentic AI platform, seeks a Senior Global Rewards Analyst to own compensation and equity programs across the global workforce. You will manage market pricing, job architecture, and annual pay cycles, partnering with Finance and People leaders to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

You will lead merit cycles, equity grants, and salary benchmarking while leveraging data from HRIS and payroll systems to inform strategy and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in compensation or total rewards at a high-growth company.
• Expert-level Excel skills with complex models for range analysis.
• Hands-on experience evaluating and matching roles to survey data and salary ranges.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern global rewards programs: compensation, equity, and job architecture.
• Run merit, promotion, bonus, and equity cycles with budgeting support from Finance.
• Analyze pay equity and competitiveness data and advise leaders on compensation decisions.
