This highly visible role shapes compensation strategies, programs, and market-informed pay structures that support business priorities, talent retention, and long-term corporate objectives.
As Total Rewards Manager, you will blend compensation expertise with analytics, advise leaders, translate data into actionable recommendations, and lead key initiatives in a global
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of compensation experience.
- Experience with market intelligence and salary structures.
- Global compensation experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and data fluency.
- Experience with Excel and compensation reporting.
- People management or team leadership experience.
Responsabilités
- Design and evolve total rewards policies and pay structures.
- Develop market salary ranges using surveys and data.
- Advise leadership on compensation decisions and range placements.
- Leverage data to assess structures and bonus programs.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders for alignment.
- Lead a small team of 1-2 professionals.
- Improve compensation processes, tools, and reporting.
- Translate analyses into executive-ready insights.
