Job summary

MAPEI USA is seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to design, administer, and continuously enhance our broad-based compensation program across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. You will lead salary and hourly wage structures, market pricing, job evaluations, and annual compensation planning, while ensuring governance and compliance.

The role includes managing hourly and sales compensation programs, driving budgeting and analytics, and coordinating with HR systems like Oracle

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR/Finance/Business; equivalency considered.
Seven+ years of progressive compensation experience.
Experience with manufacturing or multi-site organizations preferred.
Strong knowledge of salary structures, market pricing, pay equity, and wage-hour compliance.

Responsibilities

Build and improve a scalable compensation function with governance, controls, and decision-making guidelines.
Administer salary and hourly structures, geographic differentials, market pricing, job evaluations, and promotions.
Lead annual merit, wage, incentive, and compensation planning cycles including budgeting and reporting.
Serve as compensation lead for Oracle HCM and related tech initiatives; drive standardization and automation.
Conduct pay equity audits and advise leaders on inequities, risks, and compliance.
