Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Manager of Compensation to lead the design, governance and administration of compensation programs across the organization. You will drive global merit planning, incentives and sales programs while partnering with Finance, Sales and leadership to ensure equity and competitiveness.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and advanced analytic skills with experience in multi-geography compensation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field with 7+ years in compensation and/or financial analysis, or 11+ years in compensation/analysis.
• 3 years' management experience.
• Experience in multi-geography/global compensation programs.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication with executives and boards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage strategic compensation programs aligning with goals while controlling costs.
• Oversee changes to streamline compensation processes and improve accuracy.
• Lead complex multi-stage compensation projects and ensure governance.
• Manage global merit planning, budgeting and communications across a multinational workforce.
• Establish and supervise a comprehensive sales incentive platform aligned with business strategies.
• Partner with Finance, Sales and other stakeholders to design pay structures and incentive plans.
• Manage and develop direct reports and oversee salary surveys.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across compensation programs.
