Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 4 years of equivalent work experience plus high school diploma/GED.
• Minimum 5 years of compensation experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leading and managing teams.
• Experience leading compensation teams in a large, global organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of compensation professionals.
• Provide strategic compensation guidance to executives and HR partners.
• Oversee the full-cycle annual compensation process, including salary planning and governance.
• Design and administer compensation programs including sales compensation initiatives.
• Analyze data, market trends, and metrics to support recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, and analytics teams to ensure data integrity.
• Drive process improvements and enhance employee experience.
