Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Manager, Compensation to lead development and execution of compensation programs across our global organization. This leadership role partners with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape strategies that attract, reward, and retain top talent while supporting a people-first culture.

You will lead and develop a team of compensation professionals and drive excellence in planning, analytics, governance, and education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of compensation experience
• Minimum 2 years of leading and managing teams

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of compensation professionals
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders and provide strategic compensation guidance
• Oversee the full-cycle annual compensation process
• Partner with stakeholders to design, enhance, and administer compensation programs
• Analyze compensation data, market trends, and business metrics
• Collaborate with HR Technology, Payroll, Finance, Employee Relations, and People Analytics teams
• Drive continuous improvement by streamlining compensation processes
• Develop compensation education resources for managers and employees
• Monitor compensation compliance and market practices
• Foster engagement and inclusion during change initiatives
