C.H. Robinson is seeking a Manager Compensation to lead the development and execution of compensation programs that attract, reward, and retain top talent across our global organization.

You will partner with business leaders to shape strategies aligned with objectives and support a high-performance, people-first culture. You will also lead and develop a team of compensation professionals, driving excellence in planning, analytics, and governance while collaborating with HR, Payroll, and Finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience and high school diploma/GED.
• Minimum 5 years of Compensation experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leading and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of compensation professionals.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders and provide strategic compensation guidance.
• Oversee the full-cycle annual compensation process, including salary planning, incentive programs, budget management, and governance.
• Partner with stakeholders to design, enhance, and administer compensation programs, including sales compensation.
• Analyze compensation data, market trends, and business metrics to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR Tech, Payroll, Finance, Employee Relations, and People Analytics teams for governance and data integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement of compensation processes and employee experience.
• Develop compensation education resources to promote manager effectiveness and pay transparency.
• Monitor compliance, trends, and market practices to maintain a competitive framework.
• Foster engagement, inclusion, and accountability during organizational change.
