Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Manager Compensation to lead the development and execution of compensation programs across our global organization.

You will partner with business leaders and HR partners to shape strategies that attract, reward, and retain top talent, while leading a team of compensation professionals. You will oversee annual compensation cycles, drive governance, and collaborate with Finance, Payroll and HR Tech to ensure data integrity and impactful programs across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 4 years of equivalent work experience and high school diploma/GED
• Minimum 5 years of Compensation experience
• Minimum 2 years of leading and managing teams

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of compensation professionals
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders and provide strategic compensation guidance
• Oversee the full-cycle annual compensation process including salary planning, incentive programs, budget management, and governance
• Partner with stakeholders to design, enhance, and administer compensation programs
• Analyze compensation data, market trends, and business metrics to deliver insights
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and People Analytics teams to ensure effective processes
• Drive continuous improvement of compensation processes and employee experience
• Develop compensation education resources for managers and pay transparency
• Monitor compliance and market practices to maintain competitive framework
• Foster engagement, inclusion, and accountability during change
