Job summary

WP Engine seeks a Principal Global Compensation Manager to lead global compensation design, execution, and evolution across a distributed workforce. You will shape cash, bonus, and equity strategies and ensure pay transparency in alignment with business goals.

As a senior contributor in Total Rewards, you’ll partner with executives, craft job architectures, and drive compensation programs through Workday Advanced Compensation and AI-enabled workflows. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience in high-tech/SaaS.
• at least 3 years in a lead advisory capacity.
• Experience configuring Workday Advanced Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evolve, and lead global cash, bonus, and equity compensation strategies.
• Champion global pay transparency and compliance (EU directives and US laws).
• Oversee annual merit, promotion, and equity cycles in Workday Advanced Compensation.
• Support executive compensation design and equity modeling for new hires.
• Design and evolve global job architecture and geographic salary structures.
• Advise business partners and leaders on compensation decisions and talent retention.
• Drive due diligence and post-merger integration for compensation.”
