WP Engine seeks a visionary Principal Global Compensation Manager to lead global compensation programs across a distributed workforce. You will design cash, bonus, and equity strategies aligned with business goals and high-tech market trends.

You will be a senior advisor, translating business aims into competitive pay structures and leveraging AI-enabled Workday workflows. Collaborate with EE Business partners, talent acquisition, and executives on pay practices and architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in compensation, with 3+ years in advisory leadership.
• Hands-on configuration in Workday Advanced Compensation.
• Deep knowledge of global compensation structures and regulatory environments.
• Strong modeling, data analysis, and financial planning abilities.
• Ability to influence and present to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evolve, and lead global cash, bonus, and equity compensation strategies.
• Champion global pay transparency compliant designs (EU/US).
• Oversee annual global merit, promotion, and equity cycles in Workday.
