C.H. Robinson is seeking a Manager Compensation to lead and execute compensation programs across our global organization.

You will partner with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape compensation strategy while building a high-performance, people-first culture. You will also lead a team of compensation professionals, directing offers, salary planning, and governance, and driving analytics that inform critical business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; minimum 4 years in lieu
• Minimum 5 years of compensation experience
• Minimum 2 years of leading and managing teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of compensation professionals
• Provide strategic compensation guidance to executives and HR partners
• Oversee annual compensation processes, budgeting, and governance
• Design and administer compensation programs including sales incentives
• Analyze data, market trends, and business metrics for recommendations
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and People Analytics teams
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
• Develop compensation education resources for managers and employees
• Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and practices
• Foster engagement and inclusion across the organization
